Quote & Agreement

Transparent cost estimate including manpower, packing materials, transport, insurance, and any specialized services. Finalize booking and service-level expectations.

Pre-move Coordination

Assign a dedicated move manager and team lead. Schedule staff briefings, IT cutover times, and notify vendors, building managers, and security where required.

Data Backup & Security Measures

Ensure all servers and workstations are backed up. Secure handling procedures for confidential documents and data-bearing devices (encryption, sealed cartons, chain-of-custody logs).

Unloading & Placement

Reinstallation & Setup

We reassemble only the major office furniture such as steel cupboards (for files), chairs, tables, and other essential fixtures. IT reconnections or server setups are not included; our team focuses solely on placing and reassembling the primary furniture at the new location.

Secure Disposal & Cleanup

Remove packing debris, and, if requested, securely shred or dispose of obsolete/confidential documents and e-waste following compliance rules.
